常用的跨境运输条款的撰写

1.装运港与目的港
(1)从中国港口装运往xxx。
despatch/shipment from chinese port to x x x.
(2)下面的货物按成本加运费的价格用轮船不得迟于 2019 年 7月15从中国通过沙特阿拉伯装运到x x x。
shipment from china to cfr by steamer in transit saudi arabia no later than15th july 2019 of the goods specified below x x x.
2.装船要求
(1)备妥装运: be ready for shipment。
(2)订好舱位: be ready for shipping space booking
(3)在规定的时间内: within the stipulated time。
(4)提前装运:advance shipment。
(5)延迟装运:postpone shipment。
3.装船期
(1)提单日期不得迟于2019年8月15 日。
bills of lading must be dated no later than august 15, 2019
(2)货物不得迟于(或于) 2018 年7月30日装运
shipment must be effected no later than(or on) july 30, 2018
(3) 最迟装运日期:x xx。
shipment latest date:x x x
(4)货物在x年x月x日或在该日以前装运/发送
shipment/despatch on or before x x x
(5)货物不迟于2018年8月31 日从中国港口发至xxx

4.分运与转运
(1)(不) 允许分运: partial shipments are (not) permitted。
(2)允许(不允许)分运: partial shipments (are) allowed (prohibited)。
(3)不允许转运:without transhipment。
(4)允许在香港转船: transhipment at hong kong allowed。
(5)允许分运，除xxx外允许转运: partial shipments are permissible,transhipment is allowed except at x x x。
(6)允许分运/按比例装运: partial/prorate shipments are permitted。
(7)凭联运提单允许在任何港口转运:transhipment are permitted at any port through b/lading。
(8)不允许分批装船: partial shipment not allowed/permitted/acceptable。
5.装船通知
(1)通知某人:advise/inform/notify sb.。
(2)在xxx地方转船: be transshipped(at) x x x。
(3)分批装运:make a partial shipment。
6.装运单据
(1)xxx的装船单据: shipping documents covering x xx。
(2)由xxx银行转送:be sent through xxx bank。
(3)空邮: be airmailed。
